Kids like vacation time! This past week public school classes were started again. Most children enjoy the fellowship with other students, sports, and other activities that give them the opportunity to work with teammates to be victorious, and they enjoy field trips and days off from school work! Most don’t realize the importance learning will have on them for the rest of their lives.
As Christians we are told in Timothy to study to show ourselves approved unto God, rightly dividing the Word of God. Bible study is a continual activity that will profit us greatly. We understand a child not applying him or herself to daily studies is not good, but we fail to make that same application to our own lives! As the kids go back to school, maybe we need to get back to the Bible!
