A father, seeing three small children playing on a high fence, feared they might fall. He called to them to jump into his arms. Two of them quickly obeyed, but the other hesitated, then finally jumped. Why did the third act so slowly? The first two that obeyed were the father’s kids. He said, “they knew me and trusted me.” So are those who truly know and love the Lord – they never resist His good leading!
