As we enter December 2020, we acknowledge that this has been a very difficult and different year that has affected everything in our lives. Some of us have lost loved ones whose death was attributed to the covid-19 virus; some have lost jobs or financial income; many have been sick with the coronavirus.
With 2021 just around the corner, we can see additional difficulties on every hand! With a new President on the horizon and the economy still hurting from the shut downs and trying to rebuild, we can’t help but wonder what awaits us.
The BLESSED HOPE of the Christian given in Titus 2:13-14 says, “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.“
The event that we are looking for is our Lord’s return for His church! Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
