A pastor in Norfolk, Virginia, phoned the editor of the religious news of a paper and gave him the topic for his Sunday morning’s sermon, “The Lord is My Shepherd.”
The editor asked, “Is that all?”
The pastor replied, “That’s enough.”
The editor, thinking that the words were a part of his subject, announced the pastor’s topic as follows: “The Lord is My Shepherd. That’s Enough.”
To know the Lord as our protector and provider is enough to allay all fears and soften all our sorrows.
